On May 26, 2010, I’ll be presenting at the Korean Institute of Information and Security/Cryptology in Seoul, Korea. My presentation and panel will be discussing the roles and responsibilities of Internet Service Providers, and focused on the safe harbors and immunities of online service providers under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar international safe harbors.
